Yes! We have found that our model of stacking various healing modalities (guided meditation, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, art and cold therapy, goal setting and values discovering) are powerful tools. Our retreats impact for those who have attended and chosen not to take the medicine, are profound. Transformation is possible for everyone at our retreats, because we know that we are the medicine. We are experts in creating safe settings for vulnerability, which in and of itself is a healer. Our experiences have been life changing for our participants. You are the medicine you seek and we can help unlock this inside of you.

We call these retreats "Kindle Flow" and you can learn more about them here.

Psychedelic substances, such as psilocybin (found in certain mushrooms), have been used for centuries to promote altered states of consciousness. These substances can induce profound shifts in perception, mood, and thought, allowing individuals to explore their internal worlds more deeply.

Psychedelics can lead to sensory alterations, such as intensified visuals or auditory sensations, changes in the perception of time, and powerful emotional responses. Many people report experiencing heightened awareness, spiritual insights, and a greater sense of connection to themselves and the world around them. The journey can lead to transformative realizations about life, relationships, and personal growth.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy combines the use of psychedelics with therapeutic guidance. At Flow Life, we offer supported, safe environments where participants can explore their inner landscapes. The goal is to help participants break free from limiting patterns, heal emotional wounds, and move toward deeper self-awareness and healing. Though psychedelic therapy is not yet formally licensed in Colorado, Flow Life operates under an alternative model that emphasizes personal transformation in a structured and supported environment.

While traditional psychedelic-assisted therapy isn’t fully legalized in Colorado, certain natural psychedelics like psilocybin are decriminalized, meaning they are not prioritized for prosecution. At Flow Life, we provide a safe, guided environment for personal growth using these substances in alignment with state and local laws.

At Flow Life, our retreats combine psilocybin journeys with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and integration support. Whether you attend a one-day mini-retreat or a full four-day experience, we focus on creating an atmosphere of safety, community, and healing. Our small groups ensure personalized care throughout your journey.

Psychedelics facilitate healing by promoting neuroplasticity—allowing the brain to rewire itself. This can break entrenched thought patterns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. By altering perception and enhancing emotional processing, psychedelics can help individuals access and process difficult emotions and memories, leading to lasting transformation.

Safety is our top priority at Flow Life. All participants undergo a thorough intake process to ensure they are mentally and physically prepared for the experience. Our facilitators provide continuous support during the journey, and integration sessions are offered to help participants process their experiences. We also offer a weekly integration group for alumni to ensure ongoing support.

Integration is the essential phase following a psychedelic journey where participants reflect on and incorporate the insights gained during the experience into their daily lives. At Flow Life, we offer post-journey support calls, integration workshops, and ongoing community connections to help you apply the wisdom from your experience to your personal growth.

Our retreats are open to adults who are interested in personal growth and healing. However, we do screen all participants to ensure they are mentally and emotionally prepared for the journey. If you have any history of mental health conditions or are taking medication, we may request additional medical information to ensure your safety.

Preparing for a retreat involves setting an intention for your journey and engaging in self-care leading up to the experience. At Flow Life, we offer pre-retreat preparation sessions where we work with you to align your mindset and energy for the journey ahead. These calls provide a chance to ask questions, get to know your facilitators, and feel fully prepared.

In addition to group retreats, Flow Life offers 1:1 guided psychedelic journeys. These packages include personalized preparation, the journey itself, and post-session integration. The facilitators work closely with participants to provide support tailored to individual needs and circumstances. We begin with a lower dose and work our up up depending on comfort level.

You can sign up directly through the Flow Life website. We offer various retreats throughout the year, with options for women, men, and coed groups. If you're interested in joining, you can also reach out to our team for a consultation to discuss which retreat or program might be best for you.
