This retreat comes from a personal place.

I’ve spent many years holding space for deep healing work. This experience is about something different. Expansion. Curiosity. Joy. Mutual inspiration.

I want to sit in circle with those who have walked through some fires.
I want to learn from you as much as you learn from me.
I want to create something grounded, alive, and genuinely enjoyable.

"Flow Bingo" AKA Joy Cultivation!

Flow Bingo is the heart of this retreat.

If the word “bingo” brings up images of obligation or competition, let that go.
This is not about winning.
It’s about wanting.

Flow Bingo is a creative framework that helps you name experiences you’re genuinely excited to have over the next twelve months and then gives you a satisfying, tangible way to live them.

Think of it like this:

• the joy of circling things you can’t wait for
• the satisfaction of watching life deliver
• the quiet confidence that comes from choosing intentionally

You’ll create a Bingo card with 25 experiences you want to live. Some will be small. Some will stretch you. All of them will feel true.

This is not a to-do list.
This is not goal setting for the sake of productivity.
This is a permission slip to live a year that feels alive.

You’ll keep your Bingo card somewhere visible.
You’ll cross things off as they happen.
You’ll notice how life starts responding when you name what you want without force.

Flow Bingo unfolds across the weekend: Thursday intro, Friday creation, Saturday refinement. You'll leave with a completed card for the next twelve months.
