4-Day & 3-Night Program

What is included ?

Pre-Retreat Setup Calls

(About the Experience & Clarity Around Your Intentions)

Getting to know one another is an essential part of creating a powerful plant medicine experience. On our calls, I first want to answer any questions you might have about the journey. I also want to know you, your goals, your desires, your challenges. The deeper we can connect prior, the richer your experience will be during the weekend.

Meals

(Arrival Evening Dinner through Breakfast on Departure Date)

Meals and snacks are prepared around dietary needs and look to incorporate whole foods. The food we integrate into our experience is intentional and based on creating the most connected experience you can have during the weekend journey.

Lodging  for Four Days and Three Nights

(A Home For Your Experience)

The retreats are held in beautiful Oregon and Colorado, the first two state to officially decriminalize psilocybin—the active compound in “magic mushrooms”—for therapeutic uses. We ask you to arrive by 530pm on the arrival day. We rent large homes in beautiful areas. Being in nature enhances the experience and allows space for you to connect inward.

One Optional Gifted Plant/Psychedelic Medicine Therapeutic Journey and Sharing Opportunity

(First Full Day Journey + Full Day Post Journey Share/Integration)

When you arrive, we will have time to settle in, and get to know one another. The following day will integrate in the journey beginning at 3pm. The next day will be about integration. There will be an opportunity to share your experience, spend time journaling, restorative yoga, ecstatic dance and art therapy.

Optional 45 Min Post-Retreat Integration Calls

(What Now? Incorporating the Experience Back into Life with Next Steps)

We can set up two calls after our retreat. The first will be where you share your experience, your take-a-ways, and lessons learned. We will also outline some next steps to integrate your “ah-ha” moments. We will have our second call one month from the first post retreat call to check-in, reframe or gain clarity around ideas or goals that may have come up over the first month post retreat.

On-Going Online Community

(Private and Open Online Communities)

We offer two groups so that you can continue to be supported post retreat through peer relationships with whom you share a similar experience. The first includes those at each retreat (4-6 people per retreat). We also have a larger online community where others who have been through the experience can connect with those who attended at other times.

Additional Information

All attendees plan their own travel to and from the location of the retreat. We host these events close to Portland, OR or Denver, CO (airport code PDX / DEN). It is not recommended for any individual to partake in plant based medicines without consulting their primary care physician to determine overall health. Those with heart conditions are not recommended to participate. Anyone at risk for psychosis should avoid psychedelics. Also, those taking SSRIs or MAOIs will want to read up on its effects and/or consult with a primary care physicians on the impacts of psychedelics prior to attending.
