Much like the group retreat, we will create a one-day journey that meets your personal development goals on a spiritual and emotional level.

Together we will create a beautiful set and setting for a magical journey into your subconscious. This begins with two 45-min phone calls prior to the experience, support during the journey day, and two follow-up sessions.

These 1:1 sessions are provided by a trained Flow Life facilitator.
